items are sold in untested “as is” and “where is” condition and must be removed
at Purchaser’s risk and expense. All sales are final. No refunds of any kind
will be given.

auction items must be picked up within 5 business days by 3:00pm from the close of the
auction. Items not picked up within 5 business days may be relisted and bidders
will be removed from bidding per your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

3372 form. Forms are required for every tax exemption sale. Please
