All items are sold in untested “as is” and “where is” condition and must be removed at Purchaser’s risk and expense. All sales are final. No refunds of any kind will be given.

All auction items must be picked up within 5 business days by 3:00pm from the close of the auction. Items not picked up within 5 business days may be relisted and bidders will be removed from bidding per your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

Tax Exempt Information: Please submit a Michigan Department of Treasury 3372 form. Forms are required for every tax exemption sale. Please include MiBid User ID on the form. Completed forms can be emailed to [email protected].
